Return Policy

Every customer has the right to return his shipments within 10 days after delivery. Returns are only accepted in the original packaging and only if the return has been announced before, either through email or the contact form. Notice that for copyright reasons we will take back music and video discs (cd and dvd) only if the seal is still intact. Products with broken seals are not eligible for return. Returns because of incompatibilities are never accepted.

Products which have been damaged during shipment have to be reported to us within 48 hours after delivery. The claim for replacement expires after this period. Shipping costs for damaged goods returns will be paid by us. Return costs for any other reasons have to be paid by the customer.


Liability

Nahomrecords is not liable for any damages caused by the products we sell. The customer is responsible himself to use the products as intended by the manufacturers. Some products can contain copy control technologies. Check with the manufacturer first or ask us if youre not sure that your hardware will play the disc. We can not guarantee that such a disc will work with every player. We will not take any responsibilities for damages caused by such copy control mechanisms.


General

These conditions can be changed by us at any time without announcement. Its the customer’s obligation to check it before placing an order. Accepting these conditions is a requirement for purchase.
